Four Points is dedicated in helping young ladies understand how to successfully prepare for the interview section during pageants. It is equipping young ladies with the ability on how you can really let the judges see the girl standing in front of them. Interview does not need to be a portion of the competition where you are nervous. This is the opportunity for the judges to get to know you the best. Sessions can be conducted with Hayley Henderson on the ins and outs on interview, and how to make sure you are most prepared.
Hayley is proud to say she is a country girl with big dreams she will make reality. Hayley was born in Columbus, Georgia and was raised in Harris County where she graduated in 2008 from Harris County High School and formally held the title of Miss Harris County High. She graduated in December 2012 from Columbus State University Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Communication and Business Administration. She currently completed her first year of her Masters degree with a focus in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management.
Hayley held the title of Miss Columbus State University, where she competed in the Miss Georgia Pageant in June 2011. In 2013 she was crowned Miss Troup County and placed top ten at the Miss Georgia pageant and won the Children’s Miracle Maker Award, Most Academic, and the GA Marketing award. October 2013 she was crowned Miss Columbus for her final chance at the Miss Georgia crown. At Miss Georgia this year she won a non-finalist interview award, the Children’s Miracle Maker Award, and the community service award. Hayley works hard to spread her platform, the March of Dimes, and the National Platform, the Children’s Miracle Network. Additionally she was named GA Woman of the Year in 2011 and the top college student in the state of Georgia in 2012 from the Board of Regents.
Going into her sophomore year of college, she was accepted onto the March of Dimes National Youth Council, a group of eight college volunteers across the country that strive to heighten awareness and raise funds. Her work on the National Youth Council has allowed her to lobby in Washington DC to urge members of Congress to: support research, prevention and services to improve the health of women and children. While in Washington DC, she spoke at the Library of Congress, and served as a National Partner Panelist in a training volunteer workshop. This past summer, she traveled to San Antonio, TX where she made a speech in front of 20,000 people and raised close to $10,000 in three days.
Hayley is also the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A Macon Road and works for a national leadership development TeamTRI. Recent trips have included Las Vegas, New York, Penn State University, and San Diego.
